The refund of fees paid against Registration/Admission at Gyan vitaranam Research Institute For Media studies will be governed by the following terms and conditions:

• Cancellation of registration/admission within 15 days from the date of registration/admission but 20 days prior to the closing of the university admission portal: 30% of paid amount against the registration/admission fees will be deducted
• Cancellation of registration/admission after 15 days but before 30 days of registration/admission but 20 days prior to the closing of the university admission portal: 50% of paid amount against the registration/admission fees will be deducted
• Cancellation after 30 days of admission/registration or 20 days within the closure date of the university admission portal: No refund
• Entire fees paid will be forfeited if the student (s) cancels admission after the admission closure date of the university portal.
